Invoices

Download receipts for your payments, keep your billing details current and request a VAT invoice.

Every payment and refund is listed with its receipt, so you always have proof of what you paid. If your company needs a Vietnamese VAT e-invoice (hóa đơn điện tử), you request it from the same place.

Invoices and receipts

Open Settings → Billing → Billing and go to the Invoices tab. Each row shows the Date, Number, Period, Amount and Status: Paid, Failed, Refunded or Partly refunded.

For a paid invoice, select Receipt to open a receipt you can print or save. Depending on how you paid, you may also see Invoice followed by the payment provider's name: the provider's own invoice, showing any tax it charged.

The billing contact also gets an email with each payment, renewal reminder and refund.

A Hafoso receipt confirms your payment, but it isn't a VAT invoice. Request one as below if you need it.

Billing details

The Billing details tab holds what appears on your receipts and VAT invoices:

  • Contact and receipts: the Billing contact email, the Language of receipts and emails, and the Company name, Address and Tax ID printed on receipts.
  • VAT invoice details: the Legal company name, Tax ID (mã số thuế), Registered address and Email for VAT invoices.

Changes apply to future receipts. Select Save when you're done.

Request a VAT invoice

On the Invoices tab, find the paid invoice and select Request VAT invoice.

Check the legal company name, tax ID, registered address and the email the VAT invoice goes to.

To get one for every future payment too, tick Issue a VAT invoice for every payment.

Select Send request. The invoice shows VAT invoice requested.

We issue the VAT invoice within 3 working days and email it to the address you gave. The invoice then shows VAT invoice issued, and you can Download it from the Invoices tab. If something in your details is wrong, you see VAT request needs changes with the reason; correct the details and request it again.

You can only request a VAT invoice in the same calendar month as the payment, and only once per payment. If you always need one, tick Issue a VAT invoice for every payment in Billing details so you don't miss the month.

To change your plan or card, see Plans and subscription.
