Billing
Your workspace's plan, usage, payments, invoices and VAT invoices.
Every workspace starts on the free Starter plan. When your team needs more, such as your own domain, automation rules or more room, you move to Pro or Business and pay by card, monthly or yearly.
Plans and subscription
See your plan and usage, change or cancel it, add capacity and update your card.
Invoices
Download receipts, set your billing details and request a VAT invoice.
Where to find billing
Open Settings → Billing → Billing. The page has four tabs:
- Overview: your plan, the next payment, your card and your add-on packs.
- Usage: what your workspace used this period against what your plan includes.
- Invoices: every payment and refund, with its receipt.
- Billing details: who gets billing emails and the company details on receipts and VAT invoices.
Settings → Billing → Plans compares the plans side by side.
Only people whose role has the Manage billing permission can see these pages and change the plan. Everyone else only sees the plan's name. See Roles and permissions.
