Open your workspace, sign in, and reset a forgotten password.
Open your workspace
Your workspace has its own address: your workspace's subdomain followed by /app, for example
https://acme.hafoso.com/app. If your company uses its own domain, it's that domain followed by /app.
Sign in on your own workspace's address. An account belongs to a workspace, so the same email and password won't work on another workspace's address.
Sign in
Go to your workspace address.
Enter the email address your invitation was sent to and your password.
Select Login. You land on your dashboard.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.
Enter your email address and send the request.
Open the email from Hafoso and follow the link to choose a new password. The link works for a limited time; if it has expired, request a new one.
Change your language and appearance
Open your account (your picture at the top right, then Account) to choose the language of the workspace (English or Tiếng Việt) and light or dark mode. Help links from the workspace open in the language you choose here.
