Workspace settings
Set your workspace's logo, colours, default language and appearance.
Site Settings hold your website's settings and how the workspace app itself looks to your team. Open them from Website → Site Settings.
Branding of the workspace app
The Workspace app tab sets how the workspace looks to your team, separately from your public website:
- Logo: shown in the navigation and on the sign-in page. Empty: your website logo.
- Favicon: the browser tab icon. Empty: your website icon.
- Sign-in image: shown beside the sign-in form on large screens.
- Theme: a colour Preset (Green, the Hafoso colour, is the default), or your own Primary colour.
- Default appearance: light, dark or following the device, until each person picks their own.
When you pick your own colour, Hafoso warns you if text on it would be hard to read. Choose a darker or lighter shade until the warning goes away.
Default language
Branding → Default language is the language for website visitors without a preference, and for emails to people who haven't chosen one. Each person can still choose English or Tiếng Việt for themselves in their account.
Workspace details
Admins can also see the workspace record in Settings → Access → Workspaces: its name, its address, the Time zone used by automation schedules, and when the fiscal year starts.
